What You Might Want to Know
This role is a UK-based role.
We ideally like to spend two core days a week in our Central Bristol Office with our team, primarily to collaborate with others.
While it’s not primarily client-facing, you may occasionally join meetings to support delivery or gather technical requirements. Most of your day-to-day communication will be with internal teams, Project, Account Managers, the Performance Team, and fellow Developers.
We understand that developers have different preferences when it comes to interviews. Some enjoy technical deep dives, while others prefer more conversational approaches. We aim to strike a balance. Our process typically includes a practical task (or code review) and discussing how you approach problem-solving and collaboration. We’re more interested in your thought process, teamwork, and real-world experience than in solving algorithm puzzles.
Absolutely. Depending on your current level, we work together to establish a career growth pathway, including regular reviews, mentoring from others, and opportunities to lead technical aspects of projects and define strategies as you grow.
