Job Description
While you’ll be a superstar (naturally!), your official title will be Digital Marketing Executive.
You will join the services team with the responsibility of overseeing day-to-day performance of SEO, Paid Search, Display and Social optimisation for Noble’s clients, including strategy and execution of SEO and Paid Ad strategies. The role will also be responsible for supporting accounts with content marketing initiatives with the goal of helping achieve and exceed client ROI expectations.
This position will work hands-on with clients: investigating performance trends, mastering the delivery of client reporting and communication, and partnering with other internal team members to ensure the delivery of superior results.
Core Responsibilities
- Support the digital marketing team on campaign deliverables for assigned clients that drive measurable results utilising a combination of SEO, Paid Search, Display and Social with senior leadership support.
- Work directly with Noble team members to clearly identify and understand client goals and business objectives in order to contribute to marketing plan creation.
- Collaborate with the designated digital marketing team to monitor campaign performance for assigned clients, provide recommendations for work prioritisation based on impact/effort, and supply actionable optimisation guidance.
- Carry out SEO/PPC activities, including but not restricted to:
- Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion and optimisation.
- Conduct competitor analysis to understand organic share of voice.
- Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords.
- Work with the development team to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented.
- Monitor SEO performance, create and present performance reports to assigned clients and/or the digital marketing team.
- Gather data and industry research as needed to support Sr. team members in developing digital marketing strategies.
- Act as a company resource for SEO best practices under the direction of senior team members.
- Provide support, as needed, on additional team initiatives which may include documentation of methodology, planning for presentations, organising events, etc.
- Create social media content for our own marketing efforts
- Write SEO optimised blog content for our own marketing efforts
Experience and Skills Required:
- A degree or similar in a relevant academic or vocational subject.
- The ability to juggle skills and act calm under pressure – we are always busy!
- You’ll know how to communicate clearly and will love digging for and analysing data.
- Understanding of Google Analytics.
- Intermediate or greater proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word and Powerpoint.
- Ability to travel.
- Passion for the industry.
- Hungry to learn.
Experience and Skills Desired (but not required):
- Experience with Google Tag Manager and tracking implementation.
- Knowledge or experience with Google Analytics.
- Knowledge or experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads or Facebook Ads.
- Experience with CMS platform(s) such as WordPress.
- Experience with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, Spotler, Hubspot.
