Role Overview

This role will support the management of client accounts while also assisting in the delivery of digital marketing projects. This role provides an excellent opportunity for those that are looking for the next step in their early marketing career and gain valuable experience in account management and project coordination within a dynamic agency environment.

Key Responsibilities

Client Support

  • Assist in maintaining strong client relationships by providing support to senior team members in client meetings and communications.
  • Collaborate with the account management team to gather client requirements, feedback, and requests.
  • Support the development of client-facing documents, including reports, presentations, and project briefs.

Project Coordination

  • Assist in the coordination of digital marketing projects, including scheduling, prioritisation, task assignment, and progress tracking.
  • Liaise with internal teams, including designers, copywriters, and developers, to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
  • Support the monitoring of project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure projects are completed on time and within scope.
  • Help define and develop processes to ensure the scalability of service offerings.

Administrative Support

  • Provide administrative support to the account management team, including scheduling meetings, organising files, and maintaining documentation.
  • Assist in the preparation of project documentation, such as project plans, status reports, and meeting agendas.
  • Handle general inquiries and requests from clients and internal team members in a timely and professional manner.


  • 1-2 years previous experience in a marketing or agency environment.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts and channels, including PPC, SEO, social media, and email marketing.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal teams.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
